Make My Knot does not operate as a public matrimonial listing platform or open marketplace. All matchmaking activities, profile handling, and introductions are managed privately and offline through internal backend systems and relationship managers.

Make My Knot acts solely as a facilitator of introductions and does not guarantee marriage, compatibility, alliance success, or relationship outcomes.

By using Make My Knot services, you confirm that:

• •You are using the services voluntarily and in good faith.

Make My Knot reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships found to contain false, misleading, unauthorized, or fraudulent information.

Membership validity and service tenure shall depend upon the package selected by the member and accepted by Make My Knot.

Make My Knot reserves the right to introduce, modify, revise, or discontinue packages, pricing structures, and service offerings at its sole discretion.

Payments may be made through approved methods including:

• •Net Banking
• •Debit/Credit Card
• •Payment Gateway Services
• •UPI or other authorized digital methods

All payments shall be subject to applicable banking and RBI regulations.

Activation of services shall commence only upon successful realization of payment.

In case of payment failure, chargeback, dishonored cheque, or transaction dispute, Make My Knot reserves the right to suspend or deactivate services until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Make My Knot shall not be held responsible for payment gateway failures, bank processing delays, currency conversion charges, technical transaction issues, or delayed refunds caused by banking institutions or payment providers.

For selected success-based packages, members agree to pay the applicable balance amount upon finalization of marriage or alliance.

All membership fees, consultation charges, registration fees, renewal payments, and service charges paid to Make My Knot are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payments once made:

• •Cannot be adjusted against another service
• •Cannot be assigned to another individual

Members acknowledge that substantial time, expertise, backend operations, and personalized efforts are invested by the Make My Knot advisory and matchmaking team.

Members are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of all information, photographs, documents, and details shared with Make My Knot.

Make My Knot reserves the right to request supporting documents or verification evidence for any information submitted.

Make My Knot may suspend, reject, remove, or terminate any profile or membership if false information is provided, fraudulent activity is suspected, misrepresentation is identified, or the member violates applicable laws or these Terms.

Make My Knot reserves the right to remove any content or information deemed inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, misleading, harmful, or inconsistent with the platform's standards.

Members shall not:

• •Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other members
• •Seek unlawful financial or personal favors
• •Share obscene, defamatory, offensive, or illegal material
• •Use the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising
• •Engage in fraudulent or criminal activities
• •Attempt unauthorized access to systems or confidential information
• •Violate privacy or confidentiality obligations

Make My Knot reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate memberships involved in prohibited conduct without refund.

Make My Knot maintains strict confidentiality regarding member information and matchmaking interactions.

All personal information shared with Make My Knot shall be handled discreetly and may only be disclosed:

Members are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding profiles, introductions, and information shared during the matchmaking process.

Members are solely responsible for their communications, meetings, decisions, and interactions with prospective matches or other members.

Make My Knot is not responsible for:

• •Emotional or financial losses
• •Misrepresentation by members
• •Outcomes of alliances or relationships
• •Conduct occurring before, during, or after introductions

Make My Knot reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to mediate disputes between members.

All website content including branding, design, logos, graphics, written material, and proprietary systems are the exclusive property of Make My Knot and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Make My Knot provides its services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Make My Knot shall not be liable for:

• •Fraudulent or unlawful conduct is suspected
• •The platform's reputation or member safety is at risk

Members may also discontinue services by providing written notice.

Termination of membership shall not affect liabilities or obligations accrued prior to termination.

All disputes arising from the use of Make My Knot services or website shall be governed by the laws of India.

The courts of Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings.
